Bookings of up to 5 hotel rooms per night are considered individual guests. Bookings of more than 5 hotel rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to the cancellation conditions for seminars or banquets/weddings.
The hotel room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, early check-in from 10 am or late check-out until 6 pm can be booked on request.
With your verbal or written, definitive reservation, the booking becomes legally binding. With your signature on our written reservation confirmation you only confirm the correctness of the agreed services.
Cancellation of a definitely confirmed room requires written notification. No cancellation charges will be made up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the overnight stay will be charged in accordance with your reservation.
Specials and special weeks may have different cancellation conditions.
The booker is liable to the hotel for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by him or his guests. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft of and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought into the hotel.
The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the mini-safe. Larger amounts of cash can be deposited in the safe at the reception against receipt.
The room reservation is only definite when the postal address of the booker and a valid credit card are provided. The credit card will only be charged on the day of the planned departure together with any extras.
The prices are per guest and night including a hearty breakfast from the buffet and access to the wellness and fitness area. The price includes VAT, outdoor parking and internet access. The guest tax is charged separately. Prices are subject to change.
In the canton of Baselland, a guest tax is charged per person and night. In return, our guests receive a Mobility Ticket for public transport in the TNW area during their stay, including travel. Residents of the canton of Baselland and children under 12 years of age are exempt from the guest tax.
The hotel settles its accounts in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is generally made on departure by credit card or cash. In consultation with the reception, invoices with a payment slip are possible (exclusively within Switzerland and payment within 15 days of the invoice date). No discounts or rebates are granted.
If you have opted for the "non-refundable rate", your credit card will be charged at the time of booking and the amount charged will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
For therapies and doctor's appointments, the provisions of health insurance prescriptions apply. Appointments that are not cancelled or missed in good time will be invoiced directly to the patient in accordance with Art. 8 of the contract between the SNI and the KSK, UVG and BAMV.
The confirmation states which meals are included in the room rate. We do not grant any reduction on meals not consumed. Room service is possible and will be charged with a surcharge of CHF 5 per order.
There is a charge for pets staying at the hotel. Pets must be registered at the time of reservation. When accompanied by pets, dining in the restaurant or on the terrace is possible.
All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
The surrounding parking spaces are available to you as a hotel guest free of charge. Reservation of parking spaces is not possible.
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Häfelfingen BL.
