The present general terms and conditions apply to all reservations in the hotel, group, or hotel, seminar and banquet area.
Reservations are confirmed to the guest in writing by e-mail or by post. Reservations are binding for the guest with the confirmation of the Bad Ramsach Quellhotel.
Changes to confirmations are always made in writing by both parties.
Rooms and rooms listed in the reservation confirmation, including equipment, will be made available to the guest in proper condition for the desired period of time. The guest must exercise all due care when using the rooms and their equipment. Smoking and cooking is strictly forbidden in all rooms and rooms. If the guest does not make a complaint when taking over the premises, the premises including equipment shall be deemed to have been taken over in perfect condition. Subsequent complaints cannot be made.
The rooms will be prepared according to the reservation confirmation. Changes in the number of participants must be reported no later than 12 noon on the day before arrival. Changes in the number of persons per room may affect the room price.
Pets are subject to a fee and must be registered at the time of reservation. Pets are allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace.
Special services and individual wellness treatments require a certain preparation time. In the event of cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the costs already incurred.
For therapies and medical appointments, the provisions of the health insurance regulations apply. Appointments not cancelled or missed in time will be charged directly to the patient
in accordance with Art. 8 of the contract between SPV and KSK, UVG and BAMV.
The confirmation regulates which meals are included in the room price. There is no reduction on meals not consumed. Room service is possible and will be charged with an extra of CHF 5 per order.
No refunds will be made for unused fitness, spa or sauna tickets.
Cancellations and/or changes must be notified in writing to the Bad Ramsach Quellhotel as early as possible. In case of changes or cancellations of reserved hotel rooms, conference rooms or arrangements, the following invoice will be issued:
Accomodation with meals and/or Wellness
Up to 72 hours before arrival - free of charge
From 12 o'clock on the day before arrival - 80 % on the room price for the first night
In case of early departure before dinner - CHF 50 per guest
No-Show - the overnight stay will be charged according to your reservation
Reservations with seminar packages & group trips
Up to 30 days before arrival - free of charge
29 to 14 days before arrival - 50 % of the services agreed
13 to 4 days before arrival - 60 % of the services agreed
3 to 0 days before arrival - 80 % of the services agreed
In case of early departure - 100% of the services agreed
The base for invoicing are the number of participants and the duration of the seminar, which is stated in the final confirmation of reservation.
The definitive number of guests for the banquet booked must be announced 48 hours before the start of the event. In the case of no-shows by guests, the registered number of persons less 10% will be charged. If the hotel is able to sell the arrangements elsewhere (for all reservations), the client will not incur any costs. The menu price multiplied by the number of guests stated in the reservation confirmation is understood to be the arrangement.
Reservations in the restaurant
Please let us know of any delays; otherwise tables will be passed on after 30 minutes. These cancellations are free of charge.
All costs incurred by Bad Ramsach (music, decoration, organisation of special meals, etc.) will be charged at 100%.
All prices listed in the reservation confirmation are authoritative. The total amount includes all services used.
If you have opted for the "non refundable rate", your credit card will be charged at the time of booking and the amount charged will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The prices are per guest and night including a savoury breakfast from the buffet and access to the wellness and fitness area. The price includes VAT, outdoor parking and internet access. Exclusive visitor's tax. None reduction for services not purchased.
The hotel bills in Swiss Francs (CHF). Invoices will only be sent within Switzerland and must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. No discounts or rebates are granted.
The booking party (or organiser) is liable for all property damage and personal injury, including any consequential damage, caused to the hotel, its employees or third parties by himself or his accompanying persons during the stay. The hotel is not liable for objects brought in by the booker/organiser or his accompanying person. Any insurance is the responsibility of the guest.
The surrounding parking spaces are available to hotel guests free of charge. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
All hotel rooms and public areas are smoke-free.
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Häfelfingen BL.
