Base-Fasting-Week
The Ramsach Base-Fasting-Weeks are unique days for purification and regeneration. Who observes attentively its body, feels from time to time a need for discharge and regeneration. Give your metabolism the opportunity to clean itself and free itself from slags during the juice fasting week. This will give you new vitality. The Base-Fasting-Week includes:
- 5 overnight stays with fruit or vegetable mix drinks and light vegetable base soups
- Ramsacher water and tea buffet à discrétion
- 1 aroma massage, 3 partial body massages and 4 liver wraps
- A lecture on the acid-base balance
- Hike and excursion
- Access to the wellness and fitness area

08 to 13 october 2023 - The week is held in German and requires a minimum of 4 participants.
- Additional CHF 3.50 Guest tax per person and night.
