After a week of gentle fasting bases cure with an exclusively vegetable-based diet, the body is then re-acclimatized to the stronger acid producers using the acid-alkaline nutrition principle. Care is taken to ensure that the dishes are prepared with a surplus of alkaline foods and that the acid-base balance and metabolism are not overloaded with acid-forming foods (cereals and sugar) too quickly. Basenglück is intended to give you an understanding of a healthy and balanced alkaline diet and give you ideas for everyday life.
