After a week of fasting with juice, we move on to the gentle and slow build-up of digestion with alkaline fasting. The metabolism is kept in fasting mode and detoxification is continued with enjoyable meals. The digestive juices are gently forced and the various foods (vegetables, sprouts, herbs, spices) are experienced intensively (smell, palate, tongue).
You will be doing your health a great favor if, after the fasting bliss, the strong acid formers (animal products, grains, sugar) are not back on your daily menu too quickly and the acid-base balance can recover sustainably.
The fasting build-up cure includes
- 13 overnight stays
- 6 of them with fruit or vegetable mix drinks and light and light fasting soups and then 7 with pampering board according to the vegan base fasting principle. One overnight stay is offered by us.
