Even a short period of fasting has a noticeably positive effect on health and well-being. The healthy influence of fasting on the body has been proven to set in after a short time. As the body is not constantly supplied with food, the metabolism changes and the breakdown of the carbohydrates stored in the body begins. After 2 to 3 days, the positive effect of fasting is also noticeable in the improvement of your psyche and mood. You will feel calmer and more balanced.
The Juice Fasting Light includes:
- 6 overnight stays with fruit or vegetable mix drinks and light vegetable base soups
- Ramsach water and tea buffet à discrétion
- 4 partial body massages, 2 alkaline foot baths and 5 liver wraps
- 2 themed lectures
- 5 water and 3 breathing exercises
- 4 early morning gymnastics sessions
- 1 Nordic walking lesson
- 1 hike / walk
- Nordic walking poles for free use

Flexible supporting programme:
From 2024, you can decide each day which additional activities you would like to book for an extra charge. Whether forest bathing, spiral dynamics, forest wellness, wild herb excursion and more - organise your day according to your individual well-being with the Vitality Pass.

Our Reservations & Reception team will be happy to assist you with your planning:
- The Vitality Week is organised for a minimum of 6 participants and is held in German.
- Additional CHF 3.50 guest tax per person and night.
The guest tax includes a free Mobility ticket for public transport in the Northwestern Switzerland fare network and an attractive guest card. To benefit from this offer for the transfer on the day of arrival, we will send you the ticket by e-mail on request.
