From 15 September we will charge a temporary energy cost contribution, which we will display transparently and fairly on all consumptions and services, as long as the situation requires it:
- 5% on turnover up to CHF 999
- 4% for a turnover of CHF 1'000 or more
- 3% for a turnover of CHF 5'000 or more
We will be happy to receive your registration for spa appointments personally at the Réception. We recommend that you book your desired date in advance by telephone, especially on weekends. Please let us know your wishes, needs and any health problems you may have - we will advise and support you in making the best choice for your treatments.
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your date at our reception. So we can get you in the right mood for your experience.
Your treatment time has been specially reserved for you. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations at short notice will be charged at 100%.
You are welcome to arrive directly in your bathrobe from your hotel room. For external guests we have a changing room with bathrobe and slippers for rent. The fitness area may only be entered with appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Slippers or bare feet are not allowed for safety reasons.
The relaxation room is a place of peace and relaxation. Please support the atmosphere of silence by not using your mobile phone. The entire wellness area is smoke-free. Animals are not admitted.
The wellness area is available for children from 3 to 16 years accompanied by an adult, as long as they respect the resting needs of other guests. The sauna and steam bath are open to young people aged 14 and over. We ask parents and children to respect this. Parents are responsible for their children.
After your application, our relaxation room with its unique foresight is at your disposal. The ideal place where you can relax and unwind.
Leave your valuables in your room safe or at home. We assume no liability for valuables lost during a stay in the spa area.
Our sauna and steam bath are open daily from 8 am. We offer towels for your use.
Our treatments and programs are packaged as vouchers. Beautiful gift ideas and souvenirs are available for you in our shop.
