Try our different meat, fish and cheese fondue specialities à discretion in our restaurant.

Fondue Chinoise & Bourguignonne
Hand cut beef, chicken and Pork in a Bouillon or coconut oil.
CHF 49/59 per guest

Fondue Neptun
Hand-cut salmon, pike perch, char, monkfish and king prawns in fish stock with Baselbiet Riesling.
CHF 55 per guest

Fondue Hubertus
Hand-cut venison, wild boar and game in a bouillon broth with red wine from Baselbiet.
CHF 59 per guest

All fondues are served with seasonal side dishes and homemade sauces.

 

Cheese fondue or Raclette
With our Baselbieter house blend as well as sweet and salty side dishes and of course a glass of our local cherry brandy.
CHF 42/38 per guest

All meat and fish fondues are served to you from 2 persons.
For groups of 10 or more people, you can enjoy our specialities such as cheese fondue or raclette on our terrace or in the rustic atmosphere of the Carnotzet cellar.
